Should be able to generate revenue through new acquisitions, ensure optimum use of all media and maximize effective use of PR and alliances, expand sales distribution infrastructure for growth in sales and revenue, plan and supervise execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. Exposure in real estate industry and all India sales preferred.

MBA in Marketing & Sales with 15-20 yrs experience in dealer network development & management, having a strong investor and broker network with exposure to retail selling and leasing.

Will be leading the project team in corporate and project offices for all operational work, ensuring quality & cost control. Must be conversant with use of technology in the workplace; e.g use of MS Project, CAD and other construction estimating and planning software. Candidate must have strong project management and leadership qualities.
